María Inés Flores – Partner, General Manager
María Inés Flores is in charge of Business Development and supervises the Recruiting and Training divisions. She provides assistance to clients in designing an optimal staffing plan which includes jointly identifying the activities the call center should perform and those that Staffers (as the outsourced staffing company) should provide.
María Inés teaches seminars such as ABC’s of Customer Service, Tele-Sales Strategies, Collections Calling, and How to Recruit a Winning Team of Tele-Operators. She has an MBA from University of Texas at Austin (’99) and over 12 years experience in different marketing, management, and consulting roles in companies such as Cervecería Centroamericana, Wal-Mart Guatemala, and YKK USA.
